Challenge
Risk and Insurance Associates needed consistent, ongoing content across social media and email to stay visible to clients, while also evolving their main website in collaboration with their existing agency. Refer2Risk presented a separate challenge: launching a brand-new platform from scratch, one that needed to clearly explain an unfamiliar concept — a referral program for employee coverage — while building enough trust for companies to actually use it.
