Summary
I redesigned and marketed Barnum Financial Group's talent acquisition efforts by building a dedicated Barnum Careers website, along with recruiting-focused videos to support the hiring process.
Challenge
Recruiting has a different audience and goal than client-facing marketing — the site needed to speak directly to potential candidates, giving them a clear, compelling sense of what it's like to work at Barnum, rather than reusing existing client-focused messaging. It also needed to fit within Barnum's established brand while serving this entirely different purpose.
Solutions
I built a dedicated Barnum Careers website designed specifically to support the recruiting process, and produced videos focused on giving candidates an authentic look at working at Barnum. Together, the site and videos gave the talent acquisition team dedicated tools to attract and engage candidates, separate from Barnum's client-facing brand presence.
