Summary
Sabatino Truffles, a renowned family-owned brand, entrusted me with enhancing their brand voice and driving sales across various channels. I managed their Shopify website, updating product imagery and working with professional photographers to create content for recipes and social media. My work included social media management and content calendars, email newsletters, sell sheets, marketing materials, and digital/print ads — all reflecting the luxury of the brand — along with a festive Digital Advent Calendar campaign for the holiday season.
Challenge
As a luxury, family-owned brand, Sabatino Truffles needed every touchpoint — from their website to social media to holiday marketing — to consistently reflect a premium brand voice while still driving real engagement and sales. The holiday season specifically called for a way to keep followers engaged over an extended period without the content feeling repetitive, while also educating a broader audience on gourmet products they may not have tried before.
Solutions
I managed the Shopify website's product imagery and worked directly with professional photographers to produce content for recipes and social media, ensuring every visual reflected the brand's luxury positioning. I created and maintained the social media content calendar, designed email newsletters, sell sheets, and marketing materials, and produced digital and print ads through compelling visuals and product storytelling.
For the holiday season, I designed a Digital Advent Calendar campaign that unveiled a new gourmet product each day over 24 days — from truffle oils to carpaccio — culminating in a Grand Prize reveal. The campaign boosted engagement, educated the audience on the brand's range of products, and successfully drove sales, helping solidify Sabatino Truffles as a top destination for truffle lovers.
